About My Jewelry. Each piece is handcrafted and unique. New pieces are added regularly, so please return to the site often. If you like a piece in the "sold" section, write to me and I will tell you if I can make something similar. I will also make custom designs. Feel free to contact me with any questions or suggestions.

Ordering Information. My website uses Paypal. You can use either a Paypal account or your credit card to pay. You will be taken to a secure page on the PayPal site, where you will enter your payment information. The information you enter on that page is not sent to me. I will receive immediate confirmation of the payment and after the funds are moved to my PayPal account you will receive a confirmation email.

I will accept a personal check but it must clear before I ship your order. If you wish to pay by check send me an email and I'll send you a mailing address.

A 5% sales tax will be added for all purchases in Massachusetts.

Shipping and Handling Charges. Orders in the U.S will be shipped via USPS First Class for $1.00. For orders over $50.00 shipping is free. If you live in Western Massachusetts and would like to pick up your order, contact me to make arrangements and I will refund the shipping charge.

Returns. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for an exchange or full refund. It must be in the original condition and packaged in the original or comparable packaging. Contact me via email and I'll send you a mailing address. You must pay for shipping and I will not refund any shipping costs.

One Year Free Repair Guarantee. If one of my creations breaks within the first year, for any reason, I will repair it free. You will need to contact me to let me know it is coming back and how it broke. You will need to pay shipping and provide any beads, etc. that came off of the jewelry. If I need to replace any beads, there will be a small fee for the bead(s). Be aware that since my jewelry designs are one of a kind, I may not have the same beads in stock.

General Repair Policy. If after the first year, the jewelry breaks, I will be happy to repair it for you for a nominal fee plus shipping both ways. Each repair will need to be priced individually, depending on the amount of labor and materials needed. Repair prices can be estimated before you send the jewelry for repair.
